Terms of Service
Effective July 19, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and SignalLab LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Signal ("we", "us"), covering scalable-os.com and the products on it. By using the site or creating an account, you accept them.
Your account
An account is tied to one email address, confirmed either by signing in with Google or by clicking the link we email you. There is no password: your session is a bearer token held in your browser, and the emailed link signs in whoever opens it. Keep both to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business.
The free lead hopper
New accounts receive a free allocation of leads. How many you can hold at once is set by us and can change; we may adjust, pause, or withdraw a free allocation, including if the account is being used in a way these terms prohibit.
Leads are assembled from public and licensed business data. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any record is correct, complete, or still valid, and we do not promise any result from contacting them. Verify before you rely on one.
What you may not do
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the data we deliver to you.
- Scrape the site, or access the API by automated means outside the product itself.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain more free allocation than one account receives.
- Use the data for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses we surface, and for complying with the laws that govern that outreach, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and state do-not-call and consent rules. We give you contact data; we do not give you permission to contact anyone.
Paid products
Prices are shown on each product page and are charged through Stripe. One-time purchases are charged once. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. To cancel, email us; the subscription stops at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Charges already made are not refunded in cash. If something went wrong, write to us and we will make it right with a credit toward services, which you can apply to anything we sell. Nothing here removes a refund right the law gives you and we cannot contract away.

Nothing on this site or in the products is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. It is information to help you run your business; the decisions remain yours.
Ownership
The site, the software, and the compiled data sets remain ours or our licensors'. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business while your account is in good standing. What you type in stays yours, and you grant us only the permission we need to operate the service for you.
Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we can discontinue a product; if we discontinue one you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion in cash. That is the one case where you get cash back rather than a credit, because a credit toward something we have stopped selling would be worth nothing to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will tell you before it applies to you.
